Tute Online Education Business had a static HTML landing page, lead generation through calls and emails, multiple files and AWS resources with unclear relevance, needed form integration and AWS billing optimization, and needed to improve some user experience on the website.
We implemented Zoho Web Forms to facilitate seamless lead capture and CRM integration without backend support, embedding Zoho forms into multiple web pages on the Tute website to capture and directly submit lead data to Zoho CRM. To optimize AWS billing, we reviewed and categorized AWS files to remove unnecessary ones, reduced static IPs from 12 to 4, terminated 4 out of 7 unused EC2 instances, and adjusted the RDS setup to cut costs. Additionally, we developed a new course page with embedded Zoho forms for CRM integration and improved the URL structure for better navigation and SEO by implementing a more user-friendly URL path.
By implementing Zoho Web Forms, we facilitated lead generation directly into Zoho CRM without backend support, reducing AWS billing through optimized resource usage including IP addresses, EC2 instances, and RDS configurations, and enhancing user experience by creating and integrating a new course page with CRM functionality and improving the URL structure for better navigation.
The client was satisfied with the streamlined CRM integration, reduced AWS costs, and improved website structure. The project successfully addressed the initial challenges and enhanced the overall efficiency of the client’s online education business.
